What is Seamoss?
Sea moss is a type of seaweed or algae superfood that grows in the ocean. This amazing sea vegetable contains 92 of the 102 minerals our bodies need. Sea moss is known to strengthen the immune system, detoxify the body, increase energy levels, improve skin health and much more!
Is your Sea Moss pure and organic?
Yes! Our Sea moss is 100% wildcrafted, raw, and organic. Our Sea moss is imported directly from St. Lucia in the Caribbean!
What is the difference between Gold and Purple Sea Moss?
Sea Moss naturally comes in various colors and sizes. All variations of sea moss are packed with macronutrients, vitamins, and essential minerals. In comparison to the gold sea moss, the purple sea moss contains more antioxidants, tastes more potent and retains more water, so there's a slightly looser density.
How many tablespoons of Sea Moss gel should I take?
Our recommended daily dosage of sea moss gel is approximately 1-2 tablespoons per day.
How long will my Sea Moss gel stay fresh?
Sea Moss gel will stay fresh for up to 4 weeks when refrigerated. You may also store your sea moss gel in the freezer to prolong shelf life for up to 6 months.
*Useful freezing tip: Make sure your freezer temperature is not set to the coldest setting when freezing in glass jar or else it may break. Transfer into a freezer safe jar or BPA-free plastic, such as an ice cube tray.
Is Sea Moss safe if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
Yes! Sea Moss is a sea vegetable and will provide 92 of the 102 minerals that our body needs. Because every pregnancy is different, it would still be best to contact your health professional first before taking it.
Can I give Sea Moss to my children?
Yes! Sea Moss is a sea vegetable and will provide 92 of the 102 minerals that our body needs, which is also good for children. However, it would still be best to consult with their pediatrician first.
Does your products contain preservatives?
No! Our products do not contain any preservatives. Some of our products contain wildcrafted sea moss. Please refrigerate upon receipt.

Delivery & Shipping
What is your processing and delivery times?
Once you've completed your checkout, our dedicated team begins processing your order with care. Please allow 1-2 business days for this stage. This is to ensure your products are made fresh just for you. After processing, your order will be delivered, and you can anticipate delivery within 2-3 business days of your order placement.
Do you have delivery fees?
For orders totaling $50 or more, we offer free delivery within our local limits. It's our way of saying thank you for choosing us for your health and wellness journey. For orders under $50, a modest delivery fee of $10 will be applied. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with delivering your items directly to your doorstep.
Where do you deliver?

What day do you ship products?
At Divine Harmony Wellness, we are committed to delivering fresh and high-quality products to our customers in a timely manner. Here's our shipping schedule:
Monday through Friday: We ship products Monday through Friday to ensure prompt delivery of your order.
Insulated Products: For insulated products, we ship Monday through Wednesday to maintain freshness during transit. This ensures that your order arrives in optimal condition.
Any order for insulated items placed Wednesday through Sunday will be shipped out on Monday. This allows us to prepare your order and ensure it is shipped at the beginning of the week to minimize transit time.

Return Policy

At Divine Harmony Wellness, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional service. Please review our return policy below:
Perishable Products: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on perishable items, including sea moss and herbs. We are committed to delivering fresh and high-quality products to our customers, and we encourage you to contact us with any concerns regarding the freshness or quality of your order.
Damaged Products: In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged due to our own fault, such as temperature issues during shipping, we will gladly replace the item(s) at no additional cost to you. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the damaged items along with your order number.
Shipping Damage: Products damaged during shipment must have a claim filed through the shipping company responsible for delivery. We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery and documenting any visible damage to the packaging before accepting the shipment. If you discover any damage to your order after accepting delivery, please contact the shipping company directly to initiate a claim.
Refunds: Refunds will only be issued in the case of damaged products that cannot be replaced. Once we receive the necessary documentation and confirm the damage, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
